PuriBio 5.2% CBD hemp tea is a strong brew with a rounded, full-bodied flavour and a lustrous deep green body. It is well suited as a late evening brew or as a grounding cuppa any time of the day. It has a tender herbal aroma and tastes like an offspring of green tea with sage. Hemp is a great caffeine-free alternative to tea and one of the best-tasting ways to ingest CBDa. It is also incredibly versatile and works well with a dash of lemon, a natural sweetener like honey or even a splash of plant-based milk. If you’re not in the mood for a cuppa, it is also great when infused into cold drinks, added to food and vaped.
This natural blend of flowers, bud, stem, seeds and leaves is hand-harvested from Futura strain hemp plants. It has 5.2% CBDa content, making it the strongest CBD hemp tea we've found in the UK. The loose tea comes in a resealable 35g pack, is organically certified in the EU and contains 100% hemp in its raw form. Suggested use
Brewing hemp tea is exactly like brewing green tea. To prepare your own cup of delicious hemp tea you will need to:
- Boil the kettle and add water to the mug. Allow water to sit for one minute.
- Add the infuser filled with leaves (1-2 teaspoons) to the hot water and allow it to steep.
- Brew for 5 minutes for a milder flavour. If you prefer a stronger brew, steep for up to 10 minutes.
- Remove the infuser and add honey or lemon juice if desired.
- You can also use the leaves a second time if you keep them aside.
During the summer you may prefer a cool drink. If so, brew the tea as above then add honey, lemon and plenty of ice. Fresh herbs like mint or thyme can be used to garnish and add to the main aromas.
- Hemp tea can be consumed up to 5 times per day.
- We suggest drinking the tea with your meals or alongside a small amount of fat such as a biscuit or coconut oil. This will enhance the bioavailability of the tea.
- Hemp tea can also be used for baking and some have been known to vaporise it.

- Do not exceed 70mg per day of CBD as per the Food Standards Agency recommendations.

- There are some known side effects to CBD, the most common are considered to be mild and can include dry mouth, gastrointestinal problems, and changes in appetite and weight.
- If taking medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking CBD. CBD is known to inhibit certain types of medication. If your medication has a grapefruit warning do not take CBD supplements.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and regular exercise.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped we will e-mail a Royal Mail tracking number. This will go live once scanned at their delivery centre and you can then monitor your parcel.
What if my order is delayed?
We’ve been using Royal Mail services since 2016 and it tends to be a very reliable and efficient service. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – normally within the estimated times - but during busy periods, like Easter and Christmas holidays, or if you live in a remote location, parcels can take a little longer.

What happens if I choose bank transfer payment?
Order as normal and we’ll get in touch with you and provide the necessary details to make the bank transfer. This email is not automatic so it may take a little while before you receive it (check your junk box in case it lands there). As soon as the payment clears, your order will be processed and dispatched.
Can I pay using PayPal or Amazon Pay?
PayPal and Amazon Pay are governed by US Federal Law and do not accept CBD oil payments so, we are unable to offer this payment method.
