Use

Suggested use

Take 1 heaped tablespoon of Primal Goddess collagen once a day.

Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids during the day. Hyaluronic acid binds to water molecules and if you are dehydrated it will not be as effective.

How can I best blend the collagen powder?
